How Hospitals Post Jobs & Emergency Shifts on MedTrust After Verification

After HOSPITAL VERIFIED, post free vacancies, review applicants, broadcast paid emergency shifts, confirm staff, review GPS duties, and track Wallet payments.

After your hospital profile is verified on MedTrust, the Recruiter Portal unlocks the full hiring toolkit: Post New Job, Manage Jobs, Applications, Analytics, Organization Profile, Wallet, Post Emergency Job, and Manage Emergency Jobs. This guide walks verified hospitals and clinics through both hiring tracks—standard vacancies and paid emergency broadcasts—using the exact flows available in the product today.

If verification is still pending, complete Hospital Profile Creation first (see our profile creation guide). Once the dashboard shows HOSPITAL VERIFIED, you can hire with a verified badge and connect with medical professionals across Ahmedabad.

What You Unlock After HOSPITAL VERIFIED

On the organization dashboard you will see a clear banner: Your organization is verified on MedTrust. All verification checks are complete. You can now post jobs and hire medical professionals with a verified badge.

The welcome area includes Manage your facility's manpower requirements and recruitment pipeline, plus a primary CTA: Post New Vacancy. Stat cards typically include Profile Completion, Open Vacancies, Total Applications, and Avg. Hiring Time. Recent Applicants appear as professionals start applying; use View All Applicants to jump into the applicants list.

Before verification, only Dashboard, Verification, and Settings are available. After verification, use the full Recruiter Portal navigation for day-to-day hiring.

Track 1: Post a Standard Job Vacancy

Open Post New Job (or Post New Vacancy from the dashboard). The page title is Post a New Requirement, with supporting copy: Connect with verified medical professionals across Ahmedabad.

Preview, draft, or publish

Footer actions:

  • Preview Job Posting — review Role & Department, Work Location, Shift & Employment Type, Monthly Compensation, Job Description & Responsibilities, Required Certifications, Additional Details, and Experience
  • Save as Draft — keep working without publishing
  • Post Job Requirement — when required fields are complete

In Preview Mode, confirm everything looks correct, then click Confirm & Post Requirement (or Back to Edit / Save as Draft). After a successful post, you are taken to Manage Jobs (Job Postings).

Manage Jobs and Review Applicants

Open Manage Jobs to see Job Postings with Active Jobs, Paused, Drafts, and Total Applicants. Each card shows role, status, posted date, department, Location, Applicants (N Applied), and Engagement (N Views).

From a job you can:

  • View Details
  • Edit Posting
  • Pause Hiring or Resume Hiring
  • Delete Job (confirm with Yes, Delete or cancel with No, Cancel)
  • Post New Job for another vacancy

Applications workflow

Open Applications to Review and manage job applicants for your hospital. Stats include Total, Pending, Shortlisted, and Interviews. Search applicants by name or skills, then use Manage — Reject / Interview to open the job-specific applicants page.

On the job applicants screen, typical actions include:

  • View Profile
  • Interview and Reject Candidate (early statuses)
  • Schedule Interview modal when inviting a candidate
  • Hire Candidate after interview progress
  • Reschedule if an interview was declined
  • Reject Candidate with Reason for Rejection / Confirm Rejection

Status labels you may see include Pending, Viewed, Scheduled, Interview Confirmed, Declined, and Hired. Status updates when you Reject or Schedule Interview from the job's Applicants page.

Track 2: Post an Emergency Job

When you need urgent coverage, open Post Emergency Job. MedTrust walks you through a four-step wizard: 1 Role & Staffing → 2 Scheduling → 3 Location → 4 Visibility. Use Back and Next Step to move between steps.

Step 1 — Tell us who you need

  • Healthcare Role — ICU Staff Nurse, ER Nurse, OT Technician, or Other (type manually)
  • Department — ICU, Emergency, General Ward, or Other
  • Number of Staff Required — professionals required per shift
  • Pay Per Candidate (₹) — shown to candidates; transparent pay improves response

Step 2 — Schedule Your Shifts

Choose a scheduling mode:

  • One day only — Date, Start Time, End Time
  • Date range — Start Date, End Date, Shift Start Time, Shift End Time
  • Pick dates — build custom shifts with Add Shift

Step 3 — Where & Special Requirements

  • Full Facility Address for each Location
  • Special Requirements
  • Add Another Location or Remove as needed

Step 4 — Publish & Broadcast Settings

  • Job Broadcast Duration — Start Broadcasting and End Broadcasting (date and time)
  • Accept Platform Terms & Conditions — required consent covering platform charges and cancellation rules; fees apply per candidate successfully deployed

Review cost and pay to broadcast

The Estimated Job Cost panel summarizes Rate per Shift, Staff Required, Total Shifts, Total Candidate Pay, Platform Fee, GST (18%), and Total Estimated (incl. all taxes). Trust cues on the page include 100% Verified Professionals and Avg. Response: < 20 mins.

When ready, click Review & Broadcast Job and complete Razorpay checkout (MedTrust Emergency / Emergency Staffing Broadcast). After successful payment and post, you land on Manage Emergency Jobs. Empty state copy reminds you: No emergency jobs posted yet. Once you complete payment on an emergency job, it will appear here.

Manage Emergency Jobs, Candidates, and Duties

Manage Emergency Job Posts shows Total Emergency Posts, Fill Rate, and Pending Reviews. Search by role, department, or location and filter by Status (All / Live / Confirmed / Expired). Cards show Emergency badge, status such as LIVE, Shift, Rate (₹X / shift), Staff Required (confirmed/total), plus Applied, Confirmed, and Pending Review counts.

Primary actions:

  • View Candidates
  • Review Duties
  • Delete Job
  • Post New Emergency Job
  • Repost Now on expired posts when available

View Candidates and Send Confirmation

Open View Candidates for Emergency Job - Available Candidates. You will see shift requirements (Required: N) and tabs such as Waitlist, Selected, Hired, and Reject/Cancel. Review candidate profile, experience/role, and distance, then select professionals and use Send Confirmation (or Save Draft while shortlisting).

After confirmation is sent, candidates accept on their side and move toward Hired. Use Reject when someone is not a fit; the flow supports replacement confirmations when you still need more staff. Footer Selection Progress helps you track how close you are to the required headcount.

Duty Review and final settlement

Open Review Duties to Manage and approve shift-wise attendance. For each shift, review Time-In Verification and Time-Out Verification—including Timestamp, GPS Location, and Photo Evidence. Statuses may include Pending, Accepted, Approved, Rejected, or Missed.

Actions available during review:

  • Verify Shift (after time-out evidence is available)
  • Mark Missed
  • Add Review Notes / Rejection Reason when needed
  • Approve All & Settle when attendance is ready for final settlement
  • Reject Entire Job if the engagement cannot be completed

Final Settlement shows Total Attendance and overall status such as AWAITING FINAL APPROVAL or SETTLED & COMPLETED. If shifts still need review, follow Action Required: Please review each shift above before finalizing the job settlement.

Organization Profile and Payments Wallet

Open Organization Profile to review your Verified hospital presence: About Us, certifications, Verified Documents, Current Openings, Specifications (beds, staff, address), Departments, Awards & Recognition, and Location. Use Edit Profile to update verification data when details change.

Open Wallet — Payments & Job Summary — to Manage your hospital's staffing expenses and recruitment history. The page notes that all payments are made to MedTrust, which settles nurse payouts and platform fees. Summary cards include Total Jobs, Emergency Jobs, Normal Hiring, Pending (to MedTrust), and Total Paid. Expand Calculation on emergency lines to see Shift Amount (Duty Fee), Platform Management Fee, GST on Platform Fee (18%), and Total payable to MedTrust.

Quick Hospital Checklist (After Verification)

  • check_circleDashboard shows HOSPITAL VERIFIED
  • check_circlePost New Job filled to 100% → Preview → Confirm & Post Requirement

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  1. 1Posting vague job descriptions or empty salary ranges — clearer posts attract stronger verified applicants.
  2. 2Leaving applications unattended — Interview Scheduled candidates need timely follow-up.
  3. 3Broadcasting emergency jobs without accurate address or shift times — staff cannot complete GPS proof correctly.
  4. 4Skipping Accept Platform Terms & Conditions — broadcast cannot proceed without consent.
  5. 5Sending confirmations without checking Selection Progress — you may under- or over-confirm headcount.
  6. 6Settling duties before reviewing Time-In/Time-Out photo and GPS evidence — always Verify Shift carefully.
  7. 7Confusing free standard vacancies with paid emergency broadcasts — only emergency posting uses Razorpay checkout.
