This Enterprise Payment & Refund Policy applies to Enterprise Users of https://enterprise.xyz.com/ who purchase subscriptions, tools, recruitment services, or other paid offerings from MedTrust ("XYZ", "we", "us", or "our").
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using any paid Enterprise Services. By making a payment or using our paid Enterprise Services, you agree to this Policy in addition to the Enterprise Terms & Conditions.
Charges
If there are charges associated with any portion of the Enterprise Services, you agree to pay those charges in the currency specified. Prices exclude applicable taxes, currency exchange fees, and payment gateway charges unless stated otherwise.
Taxes are calculated based on your location at the time your XYZ account was registered unless local law requires a different basis. We may suspend or cancel Enterprise Services if we do not receive timely, full payment from you. Suspension or cancellation for non-payment may result in loss of access to your account and its content.
Using a corporate or private network that masks your location may cause charges different from those displayed for your actual location. Some transactions may require foreign currency conversion or processing in another country. Your bank may charge additional fees for such services.
Your Billing Account
To pay for Enterprise Services, you will provide a payment method when signing up or at the time of purchase. You can access and update your billing information and payment method from your Enterprise Account.
You agree to permit XYZ to use updated account information provided by your issuing bank or payment network. You agree to promptly update your account information, including email and payment details, so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. Changes to your billing account will not affect charges submitted before we act on those changes.
Billing
By providing a payment method, you:
- Represent you are authorised to use it and that the information is accurate.
- Authorise XYZ to charge you for Enterprise Services or content you use.
- Authorise recurring charges for subscription services until cancelled.
We may bill you in advance, at purchase, shortly after purchase, or on a recurring basis. We may bill for multiple prior periods at once if not previously processed.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law or specified in a separate service agreement, all purchases of Enterprise Services are final and non-refundable.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge. No refunds will be given for charges older than 30 days unless required by law. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. Issued refunds do not obligate us to provide future refunds.
For residents of Taiwan or Israel, purchases of digital content and online services are final and non-refundable as per local consumer protection laws.
Refunds relating to recruitment outcomes for candidates hired by Enterprise Users are governed by the applicable recruitment agreement or Enterprise Terms. Unless explicitly stated, XYZ is not obligated to refund recruitment or service fees linked to candidate performance, tenure, or suitability.
Cancelling Enterprise Services
You may cancel Enterprise subscriptions or recurring services at any time through your Enterprise Dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. You may continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period, depending on the specific service terms.
Payment to You
If XYZ owes you a payment (for example, credits, incentives, or settlement of any agreed amount), you agree to provide accurate payment and tax information promptly. You are responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in connection with such payments.
Payments made in error may be reversed or requested to be returned. XYZ reserves the right to offset amounts owed to you against amounts you owe to XYZ under any agreement.
Price Changes
We may change prices for Enterprise Services at any time. For recurring subscriptions, we will notify you at least 15 days before the price change takes effect.
If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel the relevant service before the change takes effect. Fixed-term prices remain in effect for the agreed term unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Bank Account Payment Method
You may register an eligible bank account for payments. By registering a bank account, you authorise XYZ to debit your account for purchases or subscription charges in accordance with this Policy and applicable mandates. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available and for charges or penalties imposed by your bank.
