Enterprise (Payment Policy)

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using any MedTrust Platform Services.

1. Background

www.medtrust.in is a digital platform for healthcare professionals, offering healthcare recruitment services through the website. MedTrust – Enterprise Solutions is designed for business users to post job vacancies and receive user responses on the MedTrust platform. It also includes features and tools to grow and manage their professional recruitment activities.

2. Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether the words appear in singular or plural form.


3. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service. MedTrust platform has two types of accounts: Individual and Enterprise.
  • Individual Account refers to general users who access and explore MedTrust products or applications and can connect, interact, and order different services.
  • Enterprise Account refers to business or organizational users representing a legal entity or freelance professional using the Enterprise Dashboard to post content, get responses from Individual Users, and manage their professional work through MedTrust Enterprise Solutions.
  • User refers to any account holder, including Individual Users and Enterprise Users.
  • Individual User refers to any person using the MedTrust platform or applications through an Individual Account.
  • Enterprise User refers to any organizational representative or authorized person using the Enterprise Dashboard through their Enterprise Account.
  • Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") refers to MedTrust Private Limited.
  • Country refers to INDIA.
  • Content means text, images, videos, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by You.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
  • Feedback means feedback, innovations, or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance, or features of our Service.
  • Products refer to the products or items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean requests by You to purchase Products from Us.
  • Promotions refer to contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions offered through the Service.
  • Service refers to the Website www.medtrust.in.
  • Aggregate Product refers to any product or service listed or posted by Enterprise Users through the Enterprise Dashboard.
  • Aggregate Product Order refers to any product or service initiated by any user on the MedTrust Platform which is listed or posted by Enterprise Users through the Enterprise Dashboard.
  • Enterprise Dashboard refers to the MedTrust Enterprise platform, accessible for Enterprise Users only for their organizational product, service, or content listing and posting to get responses and orders from Individual Users through the MedTrust platform.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
  • Website refers to MedTrust, accessible from www.medtrust.in.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

4. Terms and Conditions

Charges

If there are charges associated with any portion of the Services, you agree to pay those charges in the currency specified. Prices exclude applicable taxes, currency exchange fees, and Payment Gateway Charges unless stated otherwise.

Taxes are calculated based on your location at the time your MedTrust account was registered unless local law requires a different basis. We may suspend or cancel the Service if we do not receive timely, full payment from you.

Suspension or cancellation for non-payment may result in loss of access to your account and its content. Using a corporate or private network that masks your location may cause charges different from those displayed for your actual location.

Some transactions may require foreign currency conversion or processing in another country. Your bank may charge additional fees for such services.

Your Billing Account

To pay for Services, you will provide a payment method when signing up. You can access and update your billing information and payment method from your account.

You agree to permit MedTrust to use updated account information provided by your issuing bank or payment network.

You agree to promptly update your account information, including email and payment details, so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. Changes to your billing account will not affect charges submitted before we act on those changes.

Billing

By providing a payment method, you:

  • Represent you are authorized to use it and that the information is accurate.
  • Authorize MedTrust to charge you for services or content you use.

We may bill you at the time of purchase or shortly after purchase. We may bill for multiple prior periods at once if not previously processed.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law or specific service terms, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge. No refunds will be given for charges older than 30 days unless required by law.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. Issued refunds do not obligate us to provide future refunds.

For residents of Taiwan or Israel, purchases of digital content and online services are final and non-refundable as per local consumer protection laws.

Refunds for Aggregate Product Orders are governed solely by the respective Enterprise User or their organizational policy. MedTrust has no role in their refund policies.

Canceling Services

You may cancel services at any time. Canceling paid services stops future charges.

Payment to You

If MedTrust owes you a payment, you agree to provide accurate information promptly. You are responsible for any taxes or charges incurred. Payments made in error may be reversed or requested to be returned.

Price Changes

We may change prices at any time. We will notify you at least 7 days before the change. If you do not agree, you must cancel before the change takes effect.

Fixed-term prices remain in effect for the term.

Bank Account Payment Method

You may register an eligible bank account for payments. By registering, you authorize MedTrust to debit your account for purchases or charges.
