MedTrust Private Limited ("MedTrust", "Company", "we", "us" or "our") is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.medtrust.in ("Website"). MedTrust owns and operates a digital healthcare job-listing and job-discovery platform that facilitates connections between healthcare job seekers and healthcare employers.


1. Nature and applicability of terms of use

Please carefully read these Terms of Use ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy available on the Website ("Privacy Policy") before accessing the Website or using the services provided by MedTrust. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and MedTrust governing your access to and use of the Website and services ("Services").

This Agreement applies to all users of the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Healthcare professionals, individuals, or organizations seeking healthcare employment opportunities ("Job Seekers", "Users" or "you");
  • Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, healthcare institutions, recruiters, or organizations posting or advertising healthcare job vacancies ("Employers", "Recruiters", "Users" or "you");
  • Any other person accessing or using the Website ("User" or "you").

Services offered

The Services currently offered by MedTrust include:

  • Healthcare Job Listings & Discovery: Aggregation, hosting, and display of healthcare job opportunities across various roles, specializations, and locations. Job listings may be submitted by employers or sourced from third-party channels. MedTrust does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or completeness of job listings.
  • User Account Management: Creation and management of user profiles, job search functionality, application submissions, and related communications.

The Services may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at MedTrust's sole discretion.

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Services.

This Agreement is governed by Indian law, including but not limited to:

  • The Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder
  • Applicable data protection and intermediary regulations

2. Conditions of use

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website or Services. By using the Website, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into this Agreement.


3. Role of MedTrust – Intermediary disclaimer

3.1 Platform-only role

MedTrust acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary to enable interaction between healthcare job seekers and healthcare employers.

MedTrust is NOT:

  • An employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or placement consultant
  • An agent, representative, or contractor of any job seeker or employer
  • Responsible for employment decisions, hiring outcomes, or employment relationships

Any employment relationship formed is strictly between the job seeker and the employer.

3.2 No verification or background checks

MedTrust does not conduct, perform, or guarantee:

  • Verification of educational qualifications
  • Verification of professional licenses, registrations, or certifications
  • Background checks, police verification, or reference checks
  • Medical fitness verification
  • Salary, experience, or employment history validation

All verification, due diligence, and compliance obligations rest entirely with the employer and/or job seeker.


4. Terms of use applicable to all users

4.1 User accounts & privacy

  • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Information collected is governed by the Privacy Policy.
  • Users agree to receive service-related communications.
  • Providing false or misleading information may lead to account suspension or termination.

4.2 Service disclaimer

  • Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
  • MedTrust does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, hiring, or employment outcomes.
  • MedTrust disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
  • Third-party links and listings are used at your own risk.

4.3 Content ownership & license

  • Website content is owned by MedTrust or licensed to it.
  • Users receive a limited, non-commercial, revocable license to access content.
  • Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

4.4 User-generated content

  • Users are solely responsible for content they submit.
  • MedTrust acts as an intermediary under the IT Act, 2000 and is not liable for user-generated content.
  • MedTrust reserves the right to remove content that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

5. Terms specific to job seekers

  • Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and resumes.
  • MedTrust does not guarantee responses from employers.
  • MedTrust is not responsible for interview processes, offer letters, salaries, or employment terms.
  • Any disputes regarding employment must be resolved directly with the employer.

6. Terms specific to employers / recruiters

  • Employers are solely responsible for: job listing accuracy, legal compliance, candidate verification, employment contracts and payments.
  • MedTrust does not endorse or validate employer credentials.
  • Employers must comply with applicable labour, healthcare, and employment laws.

7. Prohibited content & conduct

Users must not post content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Violates intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Impersonates another person or entity

MedTrust may remove such content without notice.


8. Termination

MedTrust may suspend or terminate access without liability if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Illegal or fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Required information cannot be verified
  • Continued access poses legal or reputational risk

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedTrust shall not be liable for:

  • Hiring decisions or employment disputes
  • Salary payments or non-payment
  • Misrepresentation by users
  • Loss of data or business opportunities
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Data retention

User data is retained in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.


11. Governing law & dispute resolution

  • Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  • Seat of arbitration: Rajkot, Gujarat
  • Courts at Rajkot shall have exclusive jurisdiction

14. Severability & waiver
